US President Donald Trump is rushing to sell smart bombs to Saudi Arabia at the end of his term.

According to US television channel Bloomberg, the US State Department has issued a notice to Congress for selling 7,500 smart bombs to Saudi Arabia. The notice said the Trump administration was taking steps to license Raytheon Technologies Corporation to sell the bombs to Saudi Arabia.

If the Trump administration licenses the company to sell smart bombs, they will have the opportunity to sell bombs worth about 460 million to Saudi Arabia.

The US State Department said in a statement that Raytheon Technologies Corporation wanted to expand its existing arms business in Saudi Arabia in the future.
