A Mexican nurse became the first person in Latin America to get a coronavirus job when her country launched a vaccination program on Thursday.

Mexico has received an initial shipment of 3,000 doses of the US-Germany Pfizer-Bioentech vaccine.

The country has died in the world's most epidemic conflicts, surpassing only the United States, Brazil, and India.

Shortly after Thursday, Chile and Costa Rica also began operating Pfizer-Biotech.
