In the last 24 hours, 121 people have died of coronavirus in Iran. Iran's health ministry spokeswoman Sima Sadat Larry said on Monday.

Sima Sadat Larry said that in the last 24 hours, a total of 54,814 people have died of coronavirus in the country. He added that in the last 24 hours, 5,908 people have been infected with the coronavirus in Iran, of which 798 have been hospitalized.

So far, 12 lakh 6 thousand 373 corona patients have been identified in Iran. Of these, nine lakh 60 thousand 751 people have recovered.

At the end of December last year, the deadly coronavirus spread from China's Wuhan Province and spread around the world.

So far, more than 81 million people worldwide have been affected by corona and more than 1.7 million have died. About three and a half million people have died in America alone.
