After the United Arab Emirates
Bahrain is set to sign a peace deal with Israel as the second Arab country to normalize relations. That was announced by US President Donald Trump.

He tweeted that he was going to normalize relations with Bahrain and Israel within a month of the peace deal with the UAE. For decades, Arab states have been boycotting Israel over the Palestinian issue. However, the UAE reached a peace deal with Israel last month, mediated by US President Trump. Aviation has also started between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the agreement would usher in a new era of peace. In January of this year, Trump presented a plan to establish peace in the Middle East by resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
