Palestinian Islamic Resistance groups have strongly protested the UAE's signing of an agreement with Israel.

Palestinian Islamic Resistance groups have strongly protested after the United Arab Emirates betrayed the Palestinian people and announced that it would normalize relations with Israel.

Hazem Qasim, a spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, said the agreement would not protect the interests of the Palestinian people. He joked that the UAE had reached an agreement with Tel Aviv as a "retribution" for the Zionist occupation of Israel and the crimes against Palestine.

Fawzi Barhoum, another Hamas spokesman, said the UAE had "stabbed the Palestinian nation in the back with its decision to normalize relations with Tel Aviv."

Meanwhile, Daoud Shihab, the central leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, said the agreement had saved Netanyahu's cabinet from collapse in Israeli domestic politics. With this decision, the United Arab Emirates has adopted a knee-jerk policy against Israel, which will further intensify the anti-Palestinian activities in Tel Aviv.

The United Arab Emirates on Thursday agreed to normalize diplomatic relations with Israel as a result of the relentless efforts of US President Donald Trump. It has been announced that UAE and Israeli officials will soon sign a formal agreement on the presence of US President Donald Trump at the White House.
