Law Minister Anisul Haque has said that the work of forming a separate commission to find out the culprits behind the assassination of Bangabandhu and his family will start soon. He said that he would give his hand only when the situation is normal.

However, former law minister Shafiq Ahmed has expressed doubts about whether this work is possible at all. It is also suspected that Waliur Rahman, the chief coordinator of the ministries involved in the trial of Bangabandhu's assassination.

To date, no visible steps have been taken to find out the culprits behind the assassination of Bangabandhu and his family. Much of this information is still unknown. The government has repeatedly assured that a separate commission will be formed. But it is not seeing the light.

Although the demand to find the culprits behind the murder of the Father of the Nation and take action is old, it became strong after the execution of the verdict in the Bangabandhu murder case in 2010. There are doubts as to whether it is possible to find them at all. However, the Awami League-led government has been in power since 2009. Former law minister Barrister Shafiq Ahmed said, “I have got an opportunity to identify those who were behind the killings. Will we give up that opportunity? No, we will not give up that opportunity.

Although the chief coordinator of the ministries involved in the trial of Bangabandhu's assassination is skeptical, he said that if the commission could be formed, it would be one of the milestones.
Waliur Rahman, chief coordinator of the trial of Bangabandhu's assassination, said, 'Those who were alive have not been tried yet. I do not think so. But what can be done now is to form a commission of inquiry and continue the investigation.

However, the law minister said the formation of the commission depends on the situation in Corona. Law Minister Anisul Haque said, “If a commission is formed to expel the Kushilabads, although I think a commission needs to be formed, it will not be easy. But there are many inside us who do not want it. We will get out the Kushilabads with a commission. We can't do anything, we just identify them. '
